The Malish Corporation + Knowtion

An Extension of the Marketing Team.

Specialist capacity. Shared priorities. A partner who stays with the work.

Knowtion supports Malish with marketing strategy, SEO, campaign measurement and technical execution—bringing continuity as the team and its priorities evolve.

The challenge: connect the work to the business

Malish’s marketing needs stretched across products such as Diamond Devil® and Flex Scrub®, international audiences, and buyers searching for solutions to specific floor-care problems.

The team needed to connect several pieces:

  • Search visibility for the problems customers were trying to solve.
  • Campaigns and landing pages aligned with those searches.
  • Reporting that leadership could understand and question.
  • Lead forms and supporting systems that connected marketing with sales.
  • An ongoing working relationship that could accommodate changing priorities and team transitions.

Knowtion’s role grew around these connected needs.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

More Conversions. Lower Cost. Essentially the Same Spend.

The June 2026 Google Ads report for Diamond Devil® recorded measurable improvements over May while advertising spend remained essentially the same.

The campaign generated more tracked conversions while advertising spend remained essentially the same. Search click-through rate more than doubled, providing a concrete example of improved campaign response.

Malish’s marketing leadership recognized the progress. Responding to the June report on July 8, 2026, Tina Gallagher, Director of Marketing & Customer Service, wrote:

“It is very exciting to see the traction we are gaining across all areas, while continuing to lower the cost per conversion and showing up above some top competitors!”

The work continued with landing-page and form-testing plans, keeping campaign analysis connected to the next round of improvements.

Reporting that supported the conversation with leadership

Knowtion prepared executive-facing snapshots covering SEO, paid search, and website initiatives. The work included helping Malish interpret keyword rankings and campaign activity, respond to leadership’s questions, and decide what needed closer examination.

As Malish maintained its own KPI dashboards, Knowtion participated in reviews of traffic, engagement, advertising performance, and lead quality. Recurring strategy calls provided a place to discuss the numbers and assign follow-up work.

Return on ad spend was part of the broader business question: what was the investment producing? The practical work focused on the inputs needed to answer it—campaign performance, conversion tracking, lead quality, and the connection between website inquiries and sales systems.

SEO shaped by product knowledge and buyer intent

Malish understood its products. Knowtion contributed search and implementation expertise to help that knowledge reach buyers.

The collaboration covered keyword selection, product-page optimization, educational content, metadata, ranking reports, and supporting website changes. A terrazzo-polishing page is one concrete example: Knowtion implemented the page while Malish reviewed product language and supplied relevant imagery.

The strategy also looked beyond branded searches. Someone searching for floor pads, concrete restoration, or terrazzo polishing might need a Malish product without knowing its name.

Paid-search reviews created another opportunity to identify useful search terms and inform future SEO priorities. In 2026, the team discussed expanding solution-focused keywords around schools, retail floors, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Supporting new market opportunities

Market expansion requires more than sending additional traffic to a general website.

Knowtion developed European landing-page drafts with Malish, incorporated catalog material, and worked through how inquiries should reach both the appropriate sales contact and Microsoft Dynamics.

The partnership also supported planning for industry-specific customer journeys. In 2026, that work included defining school-sector audiences, their purchasing concerns, relevant case studies and videos, and the next action a visitor should take.

These initiatives connected market strategy with the practical details of content, page design, and lead handling.

Continuity as the team evolved

A continuing partner brings familiarity with the work already underway: the products, campaign history, website decisions, and open priorities.

Knowtion and Malish used recurring meetings, shared task boards, written action items, and review cycles to coordinate that work. As Malish onboarded team members and responsibilities evolved, Knowtion remained involved in development updates and planning discussions.

In August 2026, a staff transition left a gap in the record of completed website work needed for a strategic-planning presentation. Knowtion assembled a summary of recent SEO, content, and development milestones so marketing leadership could report on the work.

Tina’s response captured the practical value: “This information is very useful to see what has been done and what still needs to be done.”

The summary included a launched Video Resource Center and consolidation of 12 video playlists into four customer-oriented content categories—an example of turning a growing content library into a simpler structure.

That continuity is central to the fractional model. The internal team can draw on marketing and technical specialists within an established working relationship.

The value: broader capacity within one working partnership

Across the engagement, Knowtion contributed executive reporting, search expertise, campaign analysis, landing-page development, and technical coordination alongside Malish’s own marketing capabilities.

The partnership combined ongoing execution with documented campaign gains: more tracked conversions at a lower cost per conversion in June 2026, alongside practical support for reporting, content organization, and continuity through team changes.

For manufacturers with ambitious marketing goals and a lean internal team, Malish’s experience shows how an external partner can become a practical part of the team’s day-to-day work.
